Caring for people in vulnerable situations requires more than compassion and expertise – it also demands full control of sensitive personal data.
At Finjagården, a family-like care home for adults struggling with mental illness and addiction, this became a decisive challenge.

“We thought we were on top of things before, but now we realize there is so much more to be done. The solution has given us a completely new perspective,” says their Data Protection Officer (DPO).

With 37 clients and an operation built on trust, data protection is a central part of everyday life at Finjagården. But for a long time, the work was handled manually – with paper forms, consent documents, and scattered routines.

“The onboarding process was very quick, and we always received the support we needed. I could ask questions continuously and always got solid advice,” explains their Data Protection Officer.
